Lockdown Ends at Iowa Central Community College Following Report of Gun on Campus

FORT DODGE, Iowa - Fort Dodge police are investigating a report of a gun on the campus of Iowa Central Community College.

Police say around 3:30 p.m. Monday police received a call from a woman who told them a man confronted her with a gun in a dorm parking lot on the northeast part of campus.

Officials put the campus on lockdown and texted students and staff about the incident.

Investigators say the incident appears to be isolated and the lockdown has been lifted.

No arrests have been made but officials are continuing their investigation.
