John Przybyla

ADAMS COUNTY, Wisconsin – A Wisconsin man charged with his 10th OWI came up with a fishy excuse when he was pulled over.

WJFW reports John Przybyla, 75, was stopped October 12 after an Adams County deputy noticed he crossed the center line and had a broken tail light.

When Przybyla was asked how much he had to drink, he denied drinking alcohol but said he had eaten beer battered fish, the criminal complaint states.

Przybyla blew a .062 but due to previous convictions he cannot drive with a blood alcohol content of .02, WJFW reports.

Przybyla’s OWI history dates back to 1995 and includes a one year jail sentence in 2011.
