IOWA CITY - Once again, 5th ranked Wisconsin was too much for the Hawkeyes.  The Badgers knocked off the Hawks in Iowa City 74-63.

The first half was back and forth, both teams filling it up, with Iowa shooting 64% in the first.  But offensive rebounding and deep shooting gave the Badgers a 42-36 lead at the break.

The second half was like many this year for Iowa with numerous scoring droughts.  Frank Kaminsky showed why he is an All-American finishing with 24 points 9 rebounds for Wisconsin.  The Badgers had 4 players in double figures.

Aaron White, playing with an injured shoulder led Iowa with 15 points.  Gabe Olaseni chipped in 12, Jarrod Uthoff added 9.

Much was made of this rematch with ESPN announcer Dan Dakich on the call.  At Wisconsin, Dakich called Iowa Center a 'Coward' and 'Gutless' for poking 2 Badger players in the eyes.  Woodbury says the eye pokes were unintentional.

Iowa falls to 13-8 overall, 4-4 in the Big 10.  Wisconsin is 19-2, 7-1 in conference.

The Hawks are back in action Thursday at Michigan.
