Failing veterans...Iowa knows the tragic story of Richard Miles, a veteran who struggled post-war and eventually took his own life.

Iowa Senator Joni Ernst, a veteran herself, requested an investigation by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs to check into claims that Miles did not get the care he wanted and needed.  The Inspector General's office denied Miles was denied care and it took four months to get those answers that neither Senator Ernst or Miles' friends and family are satisfied with.

In light of all that has happened, hear why Presidential candidate Marco Rubio says we are asking the Veterans Affairs Department to do something it cannot, and what we should be doing instead.
