DES MOINES, Iowa — Des Moines police are investigating a shooting on the city’s north side Wednesday morning and believe it is gang-related.

The shooting happened between 1:20 a.m. and 2:20 a.m. in the 2700 block of Douglas in the parking lot of Plaza Lanes.
