JOHNSON COUNTY, Iowa — The man accused of killing a woman at the Coral Ridge Mall wants his trial moved out of Johnson County.

Attorneys for Alexander Kozak say extensive media coverage would make it impossible for Kozak to get a fair trial in eastern Iowa.

Kozak is charged with first degree murder in the shooting death of 20-year-old Andrea Farrington, who was working at the mall on June 12th when she was killed.

According to the Iowa City Press-Citizen Cerro Gordo, Pottawattamie, Story, and Woobury counties were listed as possible sites for the trial.
