ANKENY, Iowa–An Ankeny man changed his plea today in Federal Court in a child pornography case.

Officers arrested Aadne Stokka, 38, in 2013 after tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. Stokka was scheduled to go to trial Monday on four charges, but instead he took a plea deal.

Officials say Stokka pled guilty to receiving child pornography. The other three charges will be dropped at his sentencing, which has not been set yet.

A guilty plea carries a sentence of between five and twenty years in prison; a maximum fine of $250,000; and a term of supervised release of no less than five years.

Stokka is also facing charges in state court. A trial is set for January.
