President Obama used Des Moines' North High School as his backdrop to say he is changing the rules for college financial aid.
Families can apply sooner so that they know what college will cost, and his administration will cut the time for all that paperwork by two thirds. In the back of that North High auditorium, Channel 13's Dave Price caught up with two state democratic lawmakers who have also spent decades as teachers. He asked them, as teachers, what can be done with helping students afford college.
