DES MOINES, Iowa -- Expect to wake up to wet conditions Wednesday.
Drizzle is expected Wednesday morning and a small chance for light snow is expected later in the day.
Then, rain will move in Thursday afternoon, dropping above average rain totals.
Snowfall totals will be limited as a strong cold front moves in Saturday and Saturday night. Gusty winds could lead to blowing snow, making for some hazardous travel conditions Saturday into Sunday.
Temperatures will drop to the teens, and wind chills will drop to around 10- to 25- by Sunday morning.
