DES MOINES, Iowa — Several White House hopefuls are planning to spend the MLK Day holiday trying to convince Iowans to caucus for them.

Democrat Hillary Clinton and Republicans Marco Rubio, Chris Christie, Rick Santorum, Carly Fiorina, and Rand Paul are all making stops across the state Monday.

The candidates are making the most of their time in the state leading up to the caucuses. Rubio will be in Decorah, Waverly, Ottumwa, and Bettendorf. Christie has an event in Council Bluffs. Santorum will campaign in Marshalltown, Gladbrook, Waterloo, Waverly, and Decorah Monday. Fiorina will be in Osage, and Rand Paul has stops planned for Des Moines and Johnston.

Clinton has an event planned in Toledo Monday evening.
