Rand Paul is pitching himself as a Republican presidential candidate who's campaigning differently by reaching out to minority communities.

He's also criticizing some in his party for rushing to war.

Instead, Paul says the United States should work with other countries to fight against terrorists.

Political director Dave Price asked Paul if that's a hard sell to Republican caucus goers who want to aggressively pursue ISIS.
