A “reverse job fair” will be held at Drake University next month.

Michelle Krefft, with Iowa Vocational Rehabilitation Services, says the event will be for job candidates to showcase their skills and abilities to prospective employers.

“A reverse job fair connects business and industry to employment candidates who are ready for employment. Instead of the business having a booth, our job candidates will showcase and highlight their skills in a booth so businesses are able to see the skills and talents of each candidate,” IVRS says.

The reverse job fair will be held on March 9 from 9 until 11 a.m. at Drake University Olmsted Center.

Prospective employers who want to get involved can contact Michelle Krefft by email at or by calling 515-281-0264.
