Man Charged With Sexually Abusing His Infant Daughter

MONROE COUNTY, Iowa -- An arrest has been made in the alleged sexual assault of an infant in Monroe County.

The Monroe County Sheriff’s Office says it took a report on Feb. 4 about the alleged assault on a 2 ½-month-old girl.

Justin Stickrod has been arrested in the case and charged with child endangerment and first-degree sexual abuse. Officials say the victim in the case is Stickrod's daughter. He is being held in the Monroe County Jail.

The Albia Police Department assisted in the investigation.
