DALLAS COUNTY, Iowa -- We are learning more about one of the other victims of the fiery crash in which four people were killed early Saturday, including two Des Moines police officers.

32-year-old Tosha Hyatt of Council Bluffs was the prisoner being transported by the two officers.

Hyatt's cousin says Tosha turned herself in after a warrant was out for her arrest based on a domestic violence investigation in Des Moines.

Hyatt's mother, Jeanie, says her daughter led a troubled life but turning herself in was evidence she was beginning to take responsibility. She wants her daughter to be remembered as a loving mother of four children, not as a prisoner.

"I just feel bad for everyone," Jeanie Hyatt said. "There are four grieving families out there, not just my daughter, three others, three other people."

Police are still waiting to release the name of the driver of the car who was driving the wrong way on the interstate and ran into the officers' vehicle.
