The Iowa House passed a measure Tuesday calling for the restructuring of the Des Moines Water Works Board of Trustees.

Proponents say the move would lead to better representation of the communities Water Works serves. Opponents say it's in retaliation for a lawsuit filed by Water Works against three counties that Water Works says are to blame for high nitrate levels in the Raccoon River.
