Federal investigators announced the 2013 explosion at the West Fertilizer Company facility in Texas started from an intentionally set fire.
That blast killed 15 people and injured 300 others.
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives say they came to the conclusion by a re-enactment of the fire.
They didn't identify any suspects, but a reward of up to $50,000 was offered for information leading to an arrest.
