Eastern Iowa Authorities Looking for 19-Year-Old Woman

CLINTON, Iowa — Authorities in eastern Iowa area are searching for a missing 19-year-old woman.

The Quad Cities Missing Persons Network says Marissa Neff left her home in Clinton about 1:30 p.m. Saturday, May 28 and has not returned home.

The family says Neff functions at a 12-year-old level.

Neff is described as being about 5’9” and weighing 170 pounds. She has blonde hair with brown streaks. She was last seen wearing light blue pants and a gray shirt. Neff has a deformity on her left ear that might help the public identify her.

Neff’s family has set up a Facebook page dedicated to providing updated information.
