DES MOINES, Iowa — All eyes are set on the Iowa Utilities Board again Monday.

Last week, the board decided to put off a decision on when the Bakken oil pipeline will go in the ground.

The pipeline’s builder has requested to start building now so it can avoid construction stretching into another planting season.

But a small portion of the pipeline’s path still has yet to be approved. A “yes” by the board would let the company start working on already approved areas.

Board members have delayed the decision twice, and they’ll take another shot at it Monday.

Stay with for updates.
