DES MOINES, Iowa -- Waukee fell to top-ranked Cedar Rapids Prairie on Friday in the state baseball semifinals, 4-3.

The Warriors fell behind 4-0, rallied to make it 4-3 and had the bases loaded in the seventh inning but couldn't get the tying run across.

Waukee finishes the year 31-12, Prairie advances to play the winner of Iowa City West and Des Moines Roosevelt in Saturday's championship.
