DES MOINES, Iowa - The cool weather Saturday drew large crowds out to the Iowa State Fair, and even included a surprise visit from Republican Vice Presidential candidate, Mike Pence.

Governor Pence was escorted, along with his wife, Karen, by Governor Terry Branstad. He visited the iconic Butter Cow and tried some fair food, even casting his kernel at the WHO-HD booth for his running mate, Donald Trump.
