AMES, Iowa -- Jacob Park started his first game as a Cyclone on Thursday against Oklahoma. Park threw for 160 yards and two touchdowns in the loss.

Joel Lanning also played but only attempted one pass. Lanning was the primary runner rushing for 61 yards and a touchdown.

Matt Campbell said on Monday he plans to continue playing both quarterbacks depending on the game plan and opponent.

The last two games it seems clear the coaches want Park throwing the ball. He has 64 pass attempts while Lanning has just eight.

Iowa State is 1-8 on the season and travels to Kansas on Saturday.  The Jayhawks are also just 1-8.

ISU is an 11-point favorite.
