AMES, Iowa - The Cyclones continue to show progress under Matt Campbell, but no one expected to see the beatdown they put on Texas Tech.

Iowa State crushed the Red Raiders 66-10.

Joel Lanning tied a school record with five rushing touchdowns and he rushed for 171 yards.

The Cyclones racked up over 600 yards of offense. Jacob Park threw for 285 yards and two touchdowns.  The defense had their best game of the season holding the high-powered Red Raider offense to just 10 points, 36 below their average.

It's the first time ISU has posted back to back wins in three years.

The Cyclones are now 3-8, the season finale is next week against No. 14 West Virginia.
