IOWA  --  Congressman Rod Blum has another challenger in the race for his first district seat.

Thomas Heckroth, 33, entered the race on Tuesday. The Democrat from Cedar Falls says he's running because "we need to stop leaders from rewriting the rules to favor billionaires and corporations."

Three other Democrats are also challenging Blum, who is seeking his third term.
