Two Iowa Turkeys Pardoned in Annual Tradition

URBANDALE, Iowa  --  Governor Reynolds has continued a long Thanksgiving tradition, saving two Iowa birds from the dinner table.

Spuds and Gravy the turkeys were pardoned on Tuesday. The two were raised by third generation turkey farmer Russ Yoder of Wayland.

The birds will live out their lives at Living History Farms in Urbandale.
