Iowa Ranks #1 in High School Graduation Rates

IOWA  —  A new report shows Iowa is once again the national leader in high school graduation rates.

According to numbers compiled by the National Center for Education Statistics, Iowa’s four-year graduation rate in 2016 was 91.3%. This is a full percentage point more than second place New Jersey.

Nationally, the four-year graduation rate in 2016 was 84%.
