IOWA  —  A school funding measure is headed to Governor Reynolds.

On Monday night, the Senate followed the House’s lead in approving a 1% increase in funding for K-12 education. This works out to be approximately $32 million.

A separate bill provides an additional $14 million in funding to help rural school districts pay the cost of busing students.
