DES MOINES, Iowa  -- The Warren County Sheriff's Department says calls to a home in the 8600 block of Warren Drive are not uncommon.  This morning a call to the address lead to the discovery of a body.

Des Moines Police and the Warren County Sheriff's Department were dispatched to the home around 7:00am Monday on a report of an "incident occuring."  Officers found the body of a female victim at the home and called in officers from the Iowa Division of Criminal Investigation to assist.

DCI agents obtained a search warrant and entered the home just before Noon today.  At this time they are labeling this a "suspicious death investigation" and are not calling it a homicide.  The victim's name and cause of death have not been released.
