RVTV Ottumwa: Rager on the River

OTTUMWA, Iowa  --  All good things must come to an end and on Friday night RVTV 2018 made its final stop when it pulled into Ottumwa.

Here's a look back at all the fun we had as the city on the river rolled out the red carpet.
