DES MOINES, Iowa -- It’s that time of year again. We are planning on being a better version of ourselves come 2017. At the top of the 2016 resolution list is being healthier.
The problem for many though is follow through. We tracked down a fitness expert to help us avoid those common road blocks in being healthier.
Dr. Kory Pohlman, is the owner and operator of four Reset locations. He has been involved in helping people be healthier for over a decade. He says that, in his decade of being in the health field, he estimates that 75% of people who start resolutions in January will quit by February.
What are common issues people encounter when they set those resolutions?
“Not enough time spent on creating a foundation for their Resolution,” says Dr. Pohlman.
