DES MOINES, Iowa — The Iowa Democratic Party is trying to get more members of the military to caucus.

The party announced it will hold a tele-caucus for Iowans serving out of state or overseas.

It will be held the same time as the caucuses and those interested must register by January 6th. They will be sent a pin number so they can join the conference call and select a candidate.

Of the 1,406 state delegates chosen that night, two will be selected from the tele-caucus.
