DES MOINES, Iowa -- WHO Radio talk show host Jan Mickelson says he is up and making progress after he suffered a stroke last year.

Mickelson posted a picture updating his progress on his Facebook page Saturday.

Mickelson had a stroke in his home on Nov. 21 while he was trying out a power pressure cooker.

He has been with WHO Radio for 27 years.

There is no word yet on when he could return to work.
