Personal Trainer Angie Gallagher has been known to torture her clients for hours on end. But this week she's sharing some great news. "The latest research shows that exercise doesn’t have to be all or nothing. A little here and there adds up by the end of the day."

With that concept in mind, Angie has created a workout using just five body weight moves. You can get fit in 15 minutes or do several rounds and push your time to as much as an hour.

Here are the moves:
1) Pyramid pushups
2) Rear lunge + front kick
3) Army crawl pushups
4) Sprinter situps
5) Squat jumps
