The rain has moved out of Central Iowa and clear skies will build back in through tonight.

Sunshine will return for Sunday, as well as warmer temperatures into the mid-70s. The 80s will actually return as early as Monday with a mild first half of the work week in the forecast.

By Thursday, showers and storms will be possible as a cold front slams through the state on Friday. The front will set the state for highs in the 60s and lows well into the 40s and possibly even cooler along the Minnesota border.
